Reliability

What happens when the grid drops.

Every site runs through a power cut
Sites are sized to keep charging when the grid drops, so a session that started does not stop because the street went dark.
A dead charger shows as dead
If a connector will not start, it shows as offline here and in the app before you drive to it. Call us and we will tell you the nearest one that works.
A failed charge is not a charge
If a charger loses power or goes quiet mid-session, we settle from its last meter reading. You pay for the energy that reached your car and nothing more.

Billed to the tenth of a kilowatt-hour. Stop whenever you like — you pay for the energy that reached your car, plus an idle fee only if you overstay the grace period. Rates differ by site because the cost of power does; every site posts its own on the network page.

Which cars can charge?

Any EV that takes the connectors posted at the site. Each site's connectors are on the network page.

Do I need an account to look?

No. The map and the network page are open to anyone. You only need an account to start a charge.

How do I pay?

From your wallet in the app. Fund it by bank transfer to your own account number, from any bank. The charge comes off when the session ends.

What is the idle fee?

A fee if your car stays plugged in after it has finished and the free grace period has run out. It is on the receipt as its own line.

What does hosting cost me?

Talk to us. We install and run the chargers and share the revenue, and the terms depend on your site.
